對學生提示:高分范例 Describe a person who is a good leader. You should say: Who the person is. Why the person canbe a leader What you can learn from the person The good leader I’d like to talk about is Jenny. She is a senior to me and also the leader ofthe chorus, whose voice is really soft and sweet, like wooing a baby. But that is not the only reason why she was elected as the chorus leader. The reason why we all like and even adoreher is that she is such a humble person and treat us in a friendly and amicable manner which I regard is the lubrication of a cozy atmosphere of our chorus. Moreover she set up an explicit plan in the beginning of everysemester and make sure that everyone are clear about it. She’d like to see us be really motivated and practical about the scheme of our aims but never be annoyed and grumpy with our sloppy plays. In most of the time, she simply just encouraged us. A principle she sticks to is that chorus is that the school chorus is established to entertain the students and none of us should be forced to do something that against our wills. Because of her dedicated work and organization, our chorus have won several consequential prizes in various contests. Personally, the reason why she can be a so successful chorus leader is that she works as a great role model for us and what she focused on is the social relationships, more precisely, friendships, because gaining other’s trust is the only way to convince them to back you up. All these good qualities of hers is exactly the thing I want to learn, and I do believe these thing will help me to a large extent throughout my entire career life. |

考題概述與分析: A 類小作文 圖表類型:表格 題目: The chart below shows the change in the percentage of people using the Internet for different purposes between 2007 and 2009. A 類大作文 作文題目: Many school children and students are taught to push themselves to try and trained to be better than other classmates rather than to work together for everyone's benefits. Do you think the advantages of training to be competitive outweigh its disadvantages. 題型類別: 利弊分析類 題材類別: 教育類 Sample: Surrounded by fierce competition, people consider it imperative to teach their next generation to compete against others at an early age. I, personally, hold the opposite point of view. Admittedly, when encouraged to be competitive, children tend to be more motivated and enterprising. They may spend much more time on study and strive to have better performance than others, which enables them to be more likely to be gain academic achievements and other honorable titles. Moreover, this type of upbringing can offer the young capability to adapt to their future life when they grow up. In other words, harboring the awareness of competing, they have a very clear idea of how to center on their business and surpass their fellows. However, excessive realization of this also exerts side effects. It is also acknowledged that people are inclined to be highly pressurized and self-centered if they put too much emphasis on competition. Apparently, people who are obsessed with competing may be faced with high pressure, which do much harm to their physical and psychological health. For instance, some students cannot fall asleep before exams due to anxiety. And also, caring excessively about their own success impairs their compassion for others because they merely mind what accomplishments they can obtain rather than others’ interests. This may affect their relationship adversely and make it difficult for them to cooperate with each other. From another perspective, nonetheless, collaboration plays a vital part in many fields in their daily lives. A typical case in point is that an outstanding basketball player is never able to win the games without his team members’ coordination. Therefore, as far as I am concerned, it is not advisable for students to be taught to rival despite some benefits it may bring, taking its adverse impact into account. |
